I am a Bay Area native – born in San Francisco and raised in Oakland. I now live and work in the heart of San Francisco. When I am not working or studying, you will find me reading, doing yoga, baking sweet desserts, or dining about town with my friends and family.

My professional background includes over fifteen years of experience, both in large corporate and in startup environments. While employed, I achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Sociology and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development.
My experiences have been led by my curiosity of behavioral science within the context of business. My experiences, education, and professional training from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) have provided me with a human-centered perspective and approach in the work I do. I strive to pass this on to the projects, roles, and people that I connect with.
